Maxed CRM

The Maxed CRM gives you a visual, Kanban-style pipeline to manage all your leads at a glance. Create multiple pipelines with custom stages (e.g. Reached Out, Call Booked, Won, Lost) and drag deals between them as leads progress. Each stage shows deal count and total value so you always know where your revenue stands.

Filter, search, and sort your contacts, and set up automations that trigger actions — like tagging a lead or enrolling them in an email sequence — whenever a deal moves to a new stage.

Pipeline Automations

Customer Profile

Click into any contact and you get a full 360-degree view of that customer. The profile shows their contact info, location, social handles, source, and tags — plus a live activity log to track every change and interaction.

Tabs let you switch between notes, tasks, and form submissions. You can manage deals directly from the profile (change pipeline, move stages, mark Won/Lost), add tasks, write notes, and trigger sequences — all without leaving the page.

Automations

Set up event-driven triggers that fire automatically when things happen — like a form submission, booking, funnel step completion, or pipeline stage change. Actions include adding tags, enrolling contacts into email sequences, moving deals to a new stages, and redirecting users. Configure everything visually from the product editor, no code required.

Email Blasts & Sequences

Maxed has built-in email marketing with two modes: Campaigns for one-time broadcast blasts to your audience, and Sequences for automated multi-step email flows that drip out over time.

Create and send email campaigns right from your dashboard — no need for a separate email tool. Sequences let you set up nurture flows that trigger automatically (e.g. when a lead enters a pipeline stage or submits a form), so you can follow up with contacts on autopilot while you focus on growing the business.

Maxed Calendar

Maxed has a built-in scheduling system so your audience can book calls and sessions directly from your storefront — no need for Calendly or a separate tool. Bookings sync with Google Calendar automatically and include built-in rescheduling flows, no-show tracking, and status filters (upcoming, completed, cancelled, pending reschedule) so you can manage your entire schedule from one dashboard.

Set your weekly availability, meeting duration, buffer time, and booking window, and Maxed generates a branded booking page with a live calendar picker. Each calendar also comes with its own customizable landing page, cover design, and automations — so you can trigger sequences or pipeline actions the moment someone books.
