How does pricing & billing work?

Maxed offers two subscription tiers billed through Stripe.

Maxed Standard starts at $29/month (or $243/year) and includes everything you need to launch your storefront, manage contacts, and sell digital products.

Maxed Growth is $97/month (or $799/year) and unlocks advanced features for creators ready to scale their businesses and sales team.

Both plans come with a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

What transaction fee % does Maxed take?

Maxed currently takes 4.9% transaction fee in order to keep our service running. For those invoicing through Stripe separately, Maxed takes 0% and simply syncs your Stripe transaction data to our platform.

How does Maxed process payments on my behalf?

All payments on Maxed are securely processed through Strip. When you purchase a product or service from a creator on Maxed, your payment goes through Stripe and the creator's share is automatically transferred to their connected Stripe account — Maxed keeps a small platform fee to keep the lights on. Your card details are never stored on Maxed servers; they're handled entirely by Stripe. Creators receive their earnings directly in their Stripe account and can withdraw to their bank at any time. If you ever need to dispute a charge, the process is handled through Stripe's standard dispute resolution.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Maxed subscription, simply go to the Stripe billing portal. From there you will be able to access your subscription and manage your payments.
